I’m Ryan - a certified clinical massage therapist and pilates instructor. I’m committed to helping you find freedom from pain, increased energy and mobility, and an improved quality of life. 


In each session, I listen closely to you to understand your unique experience and determine the most effective course of treatment. I use an integrative approach that combines myofascial release, neuromuscular release, deep tissue massage, sports therapy, breathwork and polyvagal theory.

With more than a decade of clinical experience, I’ve created a practice that is centered on holistic health - considering your overall wellness beyond the presenting condition. Together, we’ll get curious about the root of your pain, tension and restriction and help you find long-term relief for an enhanced quality of life. And my support goes beyond our appointment. I offer practical tools and tips that you can take away and try at home to manage pain, increase mobility and improve your overall wellbeing.


I’m dedicated to continual professional growth and development and have received direct mentoring from world-leading experts including Noah Karrasch (certified Rolfer and CORE Bodyworker).
